How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Has your order already been shipped? You can return it easily using our standard return procedure. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ruby-lily.com if you’d like to make a change.

Can I return my order?
